Letters A to D and numbers 1-3 REVIEW

We started the day today building our names with Scrabble letters !

We reviewed 1, 2, & 3 after we read the book, "Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons" which was a hit with the kids !

We glued "tiny buttons" to the numbers.

We also continued our review of A through D with some fun hands on activities, like matching upper and lower case letters with easter eggs.

Writing in salt.

Fishing for letters.

And of course the kids' favorite activity, coloring !

Letters A to D Review, Shapes, and Colors

These kiddos have sure been working hard over the past month learning a letter each week. This week we're reviewing letters A through D as well as talking more about shapes, colors, and numbers.

We reviewed our letters by playing this fun game where I said a letter and the kids took turns shooting it down with a squirt gun!

Mason and Annslie loved hunting for the letters to match up with our alphabet mat.

Building letters out of big legos.

We read the book "The Artist Who Painted the Blue Horse" and we discussed our favorite colors.
We then made shape collages in our favorite color. Mason's favorite color was "all the colors of the rainbow." :)

We stamped shapes with lots of different colors!

What hard workers these kiddos are!
