Fire Station Tour!

We had a fabulous time taking a tour of the fire station!

The firemen were so nice to show us their awesome trucks and gear!

I think the coolest part, was that right at the end of our tour the firemen got a call and we got to watch them leave in their truck with the lights and sirens on!! What a great way to end the tour !

Our cute little fire fighters !

Letters A to D Review, Shapes, and Colors

These kiddos have sure been working hard over the past month learning a letter each week. This week we're reviewing letters A through D as well as talking more about shapes, colors, and numbers.

We reviewed our letters by playing this fun game where I said a letter and the kids took turns shooting it down with a squirt gun!

Mason and Annslie loved hunting for the letters to match up with our alphabet mat.

Building letters out of big legos.

We read the book "The Artist Who Painted the Blue Horse" and we discussed our favorite colors.
We then made shape collages in our favorite color. Mason's favorite color was "all the colors of the rainbow." :)

We stamped shapes with lots of different colors!

What hard workers these kiddos are!
